For our first webinar of 2026, DSDC is delighted to welcome Professor Karen Watchman. Prof. Watchman’s academic background is in social science, with a practice background in intellectual disability where she spent many years as Chief Executive of Down's Syndrome Scotland.

Life through a Lens – implementing non drug support for people with a learning disability and dementia; a study that also included people with a learning disability as co-researchers.
